2020 was the year I fully stepped out on faith. I surrender and let God take control of my life and stepped out into the unknown.
I was living in Arizona as a mental health therapist at the time but I knew my time in Arizona was up because God gave me a vision that he wanted me to become a chef.
But the funny thing is I didn’t go to school to be a chef I had no intentions of becoming a chef but when God gives you a vision and he gives you a mission for the greater good of his people. 🌱
I ended up selling everything in my apartment in AZ. And I drove across the country back to Miami I didn’t have a job all I had was the gift that God gave me and my crazy faith. I had my first dinner SALE on December 13, 2020. And it was a hit the first time *50+plates were sold.
That’s when I started @easycookinwithsyllc. During this time everything was stripped away for me family, friends, and relationships but during that confusion, I was able to prevail with God! It hurt trust me but I kept FAITH AND A SMILE. 🦋
2022 My Business is growing tremendously daily! in one year I made a name for myself I created a sauce line and a seasoning line, I traveled to four different states to cook I did over 300 parties small or big events but the thing with that is I was able to do this with just God alone I had no help.
Understanding that strength comes from God and that he will qualify the unqualified. Operating in the unknown and fully trusting God off of crazy faith has been very rewarding.
there’s no growth and comfort you cannot expect to reach your full potential and allow God to use you if you’re resisting to let God fully take control. I’m mentally stronger and everything is falling into place as planned. -Syerra Lynn
